We'll determine if The Metiss Group would be a good fit to solve your company's people problems. From there, we'll give you a customized plan to tackle your top people priority.

Who isn't a good fit for The Metiss Group? Our services aren't a good fit for organizations who can't or won't dedicate time or money to leadership hiring and development. Our services typically start at $3,500 per person and require leaders to focus on development for 3-12 months.
