If you want to build long-term capability inside your organization, The Metiss Group offers facilitation training to help you create The Job Scorecard™ in-house. Through our Pilot & Co-Pilot model, we certify your team members to lead effective scorecard sessions with clarity, consistency, and alignment.
We train two people from your organization at a time, one as the Pilot, one as the Co-Pilot. Both roles are essential, and both participants are cross-trained in each role.
Pre-Requisite:
Before training, both participants must have taken part in at least two Job Scorecard facilitations led by a The Metiss Group expert.
Certification Process Includes:
1 x 4-hour training session covering role clarity, facilitation skills, and technical materials
2 x assisted facilitation sessions led by your team, with live support from a TMG expert
Ongoing support materials, including documentation templates and scorecard spreadsheets
$20,000-$30,000 per Pilot/Co-Pilot pair
