Frequently Asked Questions
How much will Leadership Academy services cost? There are a lot of variables that go into cost. Leadership Academy services typically start at $3,500 per person. Variables include number of assessments, number of in-person coaching sessions, number of individuals going through the program, length of time, and more.
Who isn't a good fit for this program? Leadership Academy isn't for individuals on a PIP. It's not meant to be a last-ditch effort to whip your leaders into shape. It's best for developing leaders who have a desire to grow.
How long does it take? Each program has a different typical length of time: 1. Leadership Acceleration: 6 months for individual, 4-6 months for group 2. Emotional Intelligence: Minimum 3 months, but 6 months preferred 3. Strategic Leadership: 3 months for the first group, 2 months for each group after 4. Success Process: 1 year
Why can't we just do a Lunch and Learn? Leadership training that only lasts an hour, or even a day, isn't as sticky as the programs offered in our Leadership Academy. So although your employees may come away from a Lunch & Learn feeling very enthusiastic, we often see that once they get back to work, what they've learned is lost in the chaos of their desks. In contrast, our approach uses the 70-20-10 method: 10% learning in a structured environment, 70% putting what you've learned into play, and 20% getting feedback. This helps create an environment of learning that actually sticks with the individual.
