In our industry, pricing isn’t always straightforward—every organization has unique needs, team dynamics, and goals. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all pricing. Number of People
With some services, like The Emotional Intelligence Journey™, pricing is per person. But with the group options, such as The Leadership Essentials Playbook, the overall investment is higher while the investment per head decreases.
Length of Time
Some programs offer different timing options. For example, The Emotional Intelligence Journey™ offers 3- and 6-month program options, with the 3-month option being a smaller investment.
Complexity
For example, in our program The Hiring Process Coach™, you'll have a smaller investment for a typical hire, whereas hiring an Integrator™ will require a larger investment.
