Who Is Not A Good Fit For The Success Process:

  • Groups or Teams: Success Process is not a coaching program for teams. For team coaching, The Metiss Group Strategic Leadership program addresses that need.


What Is The Client Investment For The Metiss Group Leadership Academy?


The cost for The Metiss Group Leadership Academy services can vary depending on a number of factors. Including, number of participants, time invested and number of coaching sessions needed. Generally, the cost of Leadership Academy Services are as follows:


  • Leadership Acceleration- $3,000-$5,000 per leader for a six month coaching plan.

  • Emotional Intelligence- $4,400 per person for a six month program. 

  • Strategic Leadership-A typical leadership program involving two sessions costs between $25,000 and $30,000. This includes setting strategic direction and going through the entire program with the support of the LEA 360 tool and one-on-one coaching for up to 8 leaders.

  • Success Process- $9,100-$12,000 for 12 month program.
